How La Tribu de Jesus Academy Works

The mission of La Tribu de Jesus Baseball Academy is to form successful prospects in their profession, and above all things increase in them the love and fear of God, so that they are useful people to society, and a channel for other people to know Christ through them. By doing this, we hope to form humble men of value who are successful and who demonstrate great love toward others.

The vision of La Tribu de Jesus Baseball Academy is to be a support in the life of each child and young person who is in our academy, not only a support for baseball but spiritual support, guiding them along the path God has for them.

The values and character traits we hope to encourage and pass along to our baseball players are; responsibility, honesty, respect, trust, humility, genuine kindness, and service. We don't just talk about these things. Each of these character traits is modeled by our coaching staff and is encouraged in the conduct of our players. They are foundational to our identity and they are what set us apart.
